Requirements:
Preferred minister should be married with children, sound bible scholar and prior preaching experience. An evangelist with a strong desire to work for the Lord is desired. The ideal minister will work well with all age groups.

Comments:
The congregation has 3 Elders and 3 deacons at the present time. Our attendance at the present time running between 100 and 130 members. The congregation is multi-cultural of which 45% are family units of two or more, 40 % are seniors, 30% under the age of 50, 16% are high school age or younger and some college age. Therefore candidate must be able to word with diverse groups. One program requires the attendance of the minister at weeklong youth bible camp.
